Green fish?

This is probably a stupid question, but...
My husband bought some frozen snapper in bulk for a great price. While I'm frying the fish, I notice one of them have a bright green colour inside. Now I definitely won't eat it, but does that mean the rest of the fish is bad too?

It's difficult to tell from the picture, but it could be the creature's roe, or its liver. Or some vegetation that wasn't cleaned off well.

Do you have a better picture?
