I know most people are probably asleep right now, but maybe someone is up who can help. I am cooking a box of Betty Crocker chocolate fudge brownie mix. I am trying to convert liquid ml measurements to cups and I keep getting different answers.

75ml water (my guess is 1/3 cup???)
and 30ml vegetable oil

30 ml is equal to 2 tablespoons, 75 ml is equal to 2-1/2 tablespoons (just to keep it the same type of measure)

Or 30 ml is 1/8 cup and 75 ml is 1/3 cup minus 1 tsp (5ml)

Hope my math is right in the middle of the night:angel:

I'll take a brownie when you're finished please;)

It's not too late for me skilletlicker. I lost the site I used to have so the one you gave is now on my desktop for easy reference. Thanks.

Here’s a handy little standalone program (no install, just a single EXE file) that I can’t live without. It converts everything into nearly everything else. A bit of over-kill for just cooking, but still very handy.
