These are going to be a new family favorite I PROMISE with the layered tortillas chips topped with chicken and steak. Of course, nachos wouldn't be nachos without the gooey cheese.

Ingredients for How to Make Nachos
1 tbs cayenne

1 tbs chipotle chili powder

1 tbs oregano

1 tbs onion powder

1 tbs black pepper

1 tbs salt

3-4 tbs brown sugar

1 lbs skirt steak

1 lbs chicken breast

Tortilla chips

STEP 1:So with your steak and chicken, you're going to want to cube them into small pieces, now it doesn't matter what size it is just make sure you pick one size and stick to it to have even cooking on all sides of your meat.

STEP 2:So in a small bowl your going to want to mix all of your spices from the ingredients list to create your seasoning make sure to mix well. Sprinkle some seasoning on your chicken and steak and let rest at least for 15 mins to let the flavors get incorporated.

STEP 3:Once everything is well-marinated grab a skillet drop in some oil and sear off the beef until fork tender and nice and crispy on the outside and we will repeat the process for the chicken as well once done let's get ready to assemble.

STEP 4 :So like a ninja you must be stealth with the Layers of your Nachos, nothing worst then nachos with all the stuff on top. So I start off with the foundation which would be the tortilla chips followed by refried beans followed by the chicken and steak and of course the main attraction at least for me The CHEESE I love cheese dint hate Im a true believer in the more the merrier when it comes to cheese.

STEP 5:Once you have it all layered set your oven to 350 degrees and bake them just until the cheese melts. I like to put some guacamole and pickled jalapenos on top and that's it, hope you enjoy! :chef:
