ISO old Bon Appetit recipe
Does anyone remember the cover recipe that Bon Appetite posted of a pear tart that showed pears that had half poached in red wine and the other in white? I think it was somewhere in the mid 80's (I know dating myself!). It was a beautiful presentation because the pears were alternated red/white around the top of the tart. Was hoping to get the "original" recipe if anyone has it. Thanks!
