ISO TNT Recipes using lovage

Every year, I have this monster lovage plant in the garden. I use the leaves in soups, but I haven't really given much thought to the other parts of the plant. I have done a search and bookmarked some recipes to try, but was wondering if anyone has a TNT recipe that highlights lovage and if so, would you share it with us?

Goes well in German style potato salad, frikadellen, and maultaschen or most anywhere one would use European Maggi.

Thanks! I don't use Maggi...but I have a German cookbook (Dr. Oekter's) and will look in it. I also have a friend from the the German-speaking part of the Czech Republic, she might have some TNT family recipes that would use lovage.
