I don't really know what to call it but i have left over "juice" from ham, beans and rice. I have about 3 cups and it is slightly spicy in seasoning. Should I just throw it out or do you have any ideas on ways to re-utilize it? I hate to waste things.

How about using it in a soup, such as potato soup, black bean or other bean soup? Or use it in a stew.

Freeze it for now. Use some in a gravy, add as a seasoner to your next pot of beans. Use it to make rice. Drink it as broth. :chef:
