Hello,

I would appreciate if anyone could please help me with converting these metric amounts into standard amounts. 400Gm, 500Gm & 10Kg. I found a few websites that do it for you, but they don't have "Gm".

Thank you

Assuming you want to convert grams to ounces and Kilograms to lbs. here it is:

400 gm = 14oz
500 gm = 17.6 oz
10 kg = 22lbs

Hope this helps

You will not find what you are looking for because you are using the incorrect abbreviations:

gm = gigameter
gr = grad or grade

whereas

g = gram [kg = kilogram]

Google has a new feature. Just type in the conversion you require, spelled out (i.e. 22 ounces in grams) and up pops the answer.

22 ounces = 623.689509 grams
