Question about freezing
I know this seems rather simple, but I would like another opinion. I made a huge batch of beef stroganoff today, for a family dinner tomorrow. ( No time to cook it tomorrow ) But now it appears that may be moved ahead until the weekend. I have not added the sour cream yet, ( or the noodles ) so the question is this. If I decide to freeze it, should I wait and add the sour cream when I serve it? I guess I'm thinking that it might separate or not remix well.
