I bought a jar of it and it's delicious as a condiment. Not too hot and a little sweetness.
I'd like to make up a few jars.
Does anyone have a recipe they would like to share?
Thanks

I went on the hunt as I had never heard of this jelly. Came across this recipe and it described exactly like you did. And the recipe I from the UK.

My sister-in-law makes it every year. They grow various hot peppers in about half of their garden, and she makes at least 40 or 50 jars of different pepper jellies. The whole community waits anxiously for harvest so they can get a jar of Sandy's jelly. I have no idea what her recipe is though.
