Stuffed Cabbage Glumpkis Pigs in a Blanket

I love these and would make them often, Hubbie and daughter won't eat them, not cabbage fans unless its coleslaw only. I would make them often when my parents were alive. After they past 3yrs ago, When I was in the mood for them, since just me now, instead of making them in rolls I made it like lasagna style. Got the taste but in different form.

My question is Has anyone froze them and how do they come out?
Do you freeze them before cooking them or after?

Thank you

I make them a lot for the deli, and package them in twos, in small tin foil pans with the cardboard lids..cook them first. Let them cool and then portion them up with some sauce on top. They take about 45 minutes in the oven from frozen..

I've done exactly the same as Rock, for my FIL. Works great.
