wasabi, I went to the puerto rico cooking site and there was listed adobo, so I clicked to find out what it was. It was equal amounts of garlic powder, onion powder and oregano, and S/P to taste, rub it all over the meat and let sit for 30 minutes and cook. It said it would be good on any kind of meat or fish. Used it on my steak the other night and it was great. I hope this is not the second time I did this, but I could not find it so here it is, hopefully not again.
