What do you do with smoked chiles?

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I use chipotles. A little goes a longgggg way (and I love spice) so I divide the can into smaller portions and freeze in little bags to use as needed.
 
I use smoked chilis constantly, and if not smoked, before i add chilis to a dish, i usually blacken the skin roasting them and then peel them. it adds a nice little dimension
