What to cook with egg whites?

I have so many egg whites in my freezer and I have no idea what to do with it... Do you have nice cooking recipes with only egg whites ?

My go to for cooking for two is Christina Lane with her Dessert for Two website.. She also has many savory recipes.

She has a section for leftover egg whites.. (also for leftover egg yolks)

I have never heard of challah before it apparently looks a lot like brioche. I will try that thank you. I love pain perdu
