What to make with Lime and Cumin Crusted Skirt Steak?

I'm going to cook the referenced steak for dinner tonight. What would you guys make with this?

My 1st thought was to serve similar to fajitas with no wrap.

Something like roasted vegetables? I can do that, or a side salad with mixed greens and a lemon vinaigrette.



Thoughts?

You can't go wrong with roasted vegetables. Here's a link to my favorite thing that comes to mind for a side dish when you say "lime and cumin"!

I would think that curried rice would work well with lime and curry.

A favorite restaurant dish of mine from Heidelberg was a skewered beef with bacon and onions, served on a bed of curried rice.
