when I make cole slaw, in my food processor, I make the dressing first, empty the dressing in a bowl, then process the cabbage to "soak" up the dressing from the processor bowl. I try to add some smoked, chopped bacon to the mayo dressing to infuse the bacon flavor into the dressing. It works quite well. So good.....
i've never heard of the flavored mayo's but they do sound good.
i have always liked tomato sandwiches with mayo and then the funny thing about pork is i don't care for the stuff but i just love bacon. go figure.
