This cheese I tried for the first time today, diced up in a salad. It was mild, as I expected, but even milder than some other cow's milk fetas I have tried in the past. Would be good in a pasta dish, or something where the buttery flavor would be more noticeable. But not so good in dishes where the stronger feta is wanted. My favorite brand, since TJs dropped their Greek feta, is Dodoni - available in a local supermarket.
Feta cheese from Aldi, used in salad. Milder, since it is cows milk, not sheeps milk. by pepperhead212, on Flickr
