My local grocery store somehow got in this item. The only flavor they make right now.
Each stix in this product is 2.5 inches long by around one quarter of an inch wide with a hole in the middle, but closed off ends.
It looks a lot like a white potato.
It is made out of potato flour.
Not all of them are like 100% flat. Some have a small bend in them.
At best each stix had like two cracked pepper spots on them. Not what I wanted to see. I wanted more.
The crunch level was really high though.
The flavor though was not that bad, but not strong. After a couple of them though the pepper flavor did start to come out more.
The package said it was good in soup. I tried the snackfopod item in some chicken noodle soup and after a few seconds the snacklfood item went to mush. Did not think it was great in soup.
The snackfood item is certainly different, but with the weak flavor I can only give this item a minor thumbs up.
