Review: Tony Packo's Bread & Butter Pickles

Every once in a while you run into a product you've never heard of that turned out to be delicious.

I love B&B pickles… used to make my own, but in recent times no longer have the patience or gear to do that anymore. Picked up a jar of these on a whim and was amazed. Went through the entire jar in just a day or three (and just ordered two more jars).

Sweet and tangy, and INCREDIBLY crispy. They have a very fresh taste and texture that is almost addictive. One caveat may be that they are sweeter than they need to be, but adding a little white wine vinegar to them will tone that down. Highly recommended.

Ingredients: Cucumbers, Water, Sugar, Onions, Vinegar, Salt, Spices, Tumeric, Polysorbate 80.
