I know this is not super new, but I tried it anyway...
This a rare type of review for me here. I picked up a package for 1.99 a pound which was like half off as they had this in the discount area.
The item is marinated in some sort of spices...
I opened up the package and put in the hot frying pan only to find it was in two pieces. So big it could not really hold it all imo.
After getting it split apart getting a good sear on both sides I decided to roast it off in the oven at 375 until done.
I served with some white rice, peppers, and onions.
The marinated flavor here was not bad at all. Certainly something Mexican-ish going on imo.
I will give this item a big thumbs up and something I would pick up again, but not at full price.
