I already own a jar like these, and it will be great for the recipe cut in half. Souschef detests the taste and smell of Kimchi. Strange the same was true for my my deceased husband too.

Yes, I was thinking of getting those air locks. Thanks for sharing souschef's kimchi recipe. I'm not a kimchi fan but my daughter made a god dish where she mixes the kimchi with rice, spam, peppers, onions to make it tasty and not smelly.

That dish sounds great to me bb.. Actually, the Kimchi recipe isn't from my souschef..he's the one who hates the stuff.
