Crockpot Salsa Chicken

This is great as is or shredded and used in Tortillas.

4-6 Boneless Chicken breast
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 Jar of Salsa
cook 4-6 hours depending on the temp you set Low or High

when done I add a can of Black beans (drained) and a small can of corn (optional)
heat through.

Serve on with rice or pasta, with your favorite condiments

I use sour cream, shreddred Montrey Jack cheese and sliced avacados.

leftovers are great to make with tortilla wraps for lunch.

wow, that sounds so good, gonna make, just need to get stuff from store.

i have found an excellent pineapple and peach salsa with a little heat. i think that would be good also. thanks

Never thought of adding the taco seasoning. I may try that addition. I've done the chicken, just never with the taco seasoning. It is very good, I recommend trying this one.
