So this is the second try in the new kitchen gadget,
Fresh Corn on the cob, meh.

IMG_6471 (2).jpg

The taste and texture were there,
but they sure didn't stay hot for very long
It's not that our house is too cool, I keep the
AC right now at 76°.

Technique:
Rack in the bottom
add 1C water
stack no more than 6 ears of Corn (6qt.Lux), alternating direction
Pressure cook for 3min, QR
Served with melted Butter to brush on + S&P

Not certain why that would be meh? Its basic steamed corn.

Oops... It cooled to quickly. Hmmm.. Not sure why that should happen. Doesn't for me but, I don't do 6 at a time so.

I haven't done corn in my IP in a while. But it was always good. I think I did steam for 3 minutes. I usually just microwave my corn on the cob.

Here is a link to a recipe people rave about. It's from This Old Gal.

Disclaimer: I haven't tried it.

Aah!
That may be that issue then.
I did Pressure Cook for 3 minutes.
They were nicely cooked, but didn't stay hot.
We'll try it again.
Thanks!
