This is only my 5th attempt in my brand new Instant PotŪ.
I mixed together 1 tsp. each of Sea Salt, (in my best Chef John voice) freshly ground Black Pepper and Smoked Paprika. Sprinkled that all over the quarter rack of Spareribs.
Placed the trivet and 1 cup of water into the bottom of the IP, along with the Ribs and cooked on High Pressure for 17 minutes (it took just about 8 minutes to come to pressure). Did a Natural Release of 10 minutes.
I had made my own Barbeque Sauce earlier in the day.
I popped the slathered Ribs on to a screamin' hot grill to achieve some gorgeous charring, and it's time to EAT!!!
Those 3 Ribs gave us 3 plates of food, one will be someone's lunch
