I mixed together 1 tsp. each of Sea Salt, (in my best Chef John voice) freshly ground Black Pepper and Smoked Paprika. Sprinkled that all over the quarter rack of Spareribs.
Placed the trivet and 1 cup of water into the bottom of the IP, along with the Ribs and cooked on High Pressure for 17 minutes (it took just about 8 minutes to come to pressure). Did a Natural Release of 10 minutes.

I had made my own Barbeque Sauce earlier in the day. :yum:

I popped the slathered Ribs on to a screamin' hot grill to achieve some gorgeous charring, and it's time to EAT!!!

Those 3 Ribs gave us 3 plates of food, one will be someone's lunch ;)

Y'all sure don't eat much. I could eat twice that amount of ribs all by myself, plus sides!

Sir, as we've gotten older, we're finding that we can't
consume the quantity for food in one sitting as
we use to.

Looks great.. :yum:

I have BBRibs in the freezer.. Think its time to thaw and pop into the IP.

Do it Ross, just do it!
That was so good, I haven't made
Ribs in a really long time, `cuz I
pretty much sucked at it.
But it was a whole lot easier in the IP!!

We have reduced our meal intake by half. :ermm:

As to IP ribs, we have them fairly often. I usually have a rack in the freezer. :yum:
