Slow Cooker - is there a no prep cooking way?

CHICKEN PROVENÇAL
im going for it tonight ive made my own sauce and should be tasty as it smells super nice before its cooked

ING
1kg chicken breasts
2 med red peppers
1 med yellow pepper
1 large onion

SAUCE TRIAL ING
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp olive oil
tbsp tomato puree
pinch rosemary, black peper, basil, oregano, thyme
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tim chopped tomatoes


the above is a tester ive never done this sauce before so i think itll work, itll definitely be more spicy than the sorta bland first temp last night :)

Should work. I've also cooked chicken breasts in prepared salsa in the CP, turned out really good.

You can always add herbs/spices to your already cooked previous chicken dish. Loads of fresh black pepper always seems to help! Oh, and I bet a squeeze of lemon juice would brighten it up too!
