My plants are out of control. Rather than add tothe 100 or so I have frozen, I am starting to give them away.

I have 2 dozen packed and ready to send to the first person who PM's me with their name and address.

The only "strings" attached is that you MUST make at least 2 different delicious things with them and you must report back here on what those were and how you made them.

OK?

Mine are related to yours! I have picked buckets of them, and brought bags of them in to the staff!!! I have a great Habanero Gold jelly recipe if you'd like.

I posted the recipe in the Canning / Preserving forum. This is the first year I've made jelly with them, I usually make sauce and salsa. We don't eat it, but it makes great Christmas gifts for those who like hot stuff. :)

The habs went out yesterday to Kitchenelf, who was the "first responder."

There may be more though, as there are loads on the plants and they are still flowering!

I have made tons of jelly and hot sauce and still have a whole freezer full of them.

So keep your eyes peeled for another post like this.
