Cheese onion spud souffle
Made Brooksy's cheese-onion-spud souffle last night with mixed results.
Dish tasted fine, but did not pouf up as it should have.
Likely barriers to success included too many potatoes (gotta learn that metric stuff) and getting a little yolk in with the egg whites.
Husband wants me to add garlic next time, and I want to add more cheese.
