Corn Soufflé

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (14¾ -ounce) can creamed corn
¾cup Bisquick or other biscuit mix
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles
Butter for greasing casserole


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and pour into a buttered casserole. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
