I always thought you threw this escarole in a salad. Lady at th store informed me to boil it for few minutes until wilted and then drain. Throw garlic in wooden bowl and escarole on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Said delicious. She sure looked healthy. Do any of you eat this and how?
