we have a really ripe avacodo and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

You could chop the avocado up and add it to deviled eggs. I've done that and they're yummy.

I like sliced avos on a hamburger w bacon and cheese, or on a turkey sammich with tomatoes & mayo.

There are several recipes on this site, if you try a search under avocado.

For a light lunch add it to a blt sandwich with a little mayo and thousand island.

my friend from brazil makes a milk shake with them. Just doesnt sound right to me, but she swears by it. In fact, she thought i was crazy when i tried to explain guacamole to her :P
