Portobello sandwich

I enjoy Portobello sandwich on sliced NY times bread. slice the mushrooms, saute it in Olive Oil , add to bread, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

i like a little balsamic in the saute. i would also have some garlic aoli as a condiment.
