Potatoes and Mushrooms

I wish I could drop by Shoneys and partake in some hashbrowns and mushrooms, but since I can't, I brought myself some mushrooms to cook with some potatoes, onions, and peppers.

Anyone else love hashbrowns and mushrooms, or some variation? Hungry thinking about it!

Always good value there! I love to serve roasted red potatoes and sautéed mushrooms on each side of a beef tenderloin salad.

Didn't know there were still Shoneys restaurants around... we used to eat at Shoneys years ago - do they still have that grilled ham sandwich... I think it was called a Slim Jim. (erroneously called that, probably - it couldn't possibly have been low-cal).

I don't know that I've tried potatoes and mushrooms fried together. It sounds good though.

I usually add mushrooms to the onions when I make home fries.
