Sweet Carrots

I posted this under Ethnic Foods, but wanted to post here to cover all bases. I'm looking for a recipe for Japanese Sweet Carrots that are served in Japanese Restaurants. thanks for your help!!! :) :) :)

Never had them. But love to marinate carrots.

The stuff probably contains rice wine vinegar, maybe some mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and ginger.

At least that is how I would start.
