ON A BAGUETTE ... PEAS, MINT & PECORINO OR REGGIANO PARMESANO ...
Grill 12 slices of Italian or French baugette and rub each slice with 1/2 garlic clove.
Take 1 cup of fresh sweet peas and blanch for 3 minutes until tender in salted boiling water ... Drain and let cool a few minutes . Blend with mint leaf and Spread on canapes sliced and toasted.
Grate Reggiano Parmesano or Pecorino Sardo, and drizzle a drop of Evoo & Modena Balsamic Vinegar ... serve with cherry tomato.
Low fat snack with lots of vits ... Gwyneth Paltrow has quite a lovely selection of healthy veggie snacks for her 2 young children.
