Thead Family Slaw


1 Cabbage
2 tb Heavy cream
1 lg Carrot
1 ts Celery seed
Mayonnaise
1 ts Seasoned salt
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Black pepper
1 tb Cider vinegar

Chop the cabbage. Shred the carrot. Mix with all ingredients except mayonnaise in large bowl. Add mayonnaise to desired consistency. Usually in the neighborhood of 3/4 to 1 cup. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. It'll collapse significantly.
 
Daily, have you ever tried this with a vinegar other than cider, such as rice vinegar?
Also, can you use low fat mayo, or does it need to be the real thing?
