Tomato sauce video

I've been doing this for years and it works great. I use this method to break down fresh garden tomatoes for freezing. Then I use them during the winter like I would a can of diced tomatoes.
 
It's like peeled crushed tomatoes. I would do this and add fresh basil and garlic then freeze in pint containers for Italian seasoned use and without seasoning for general use.
