What to do with daikon radish?

I thought I was buying one daikon radish, but I got over a kilo of them. What are different ways of using them?

We mainly make slaws with carrots and daikon to go with Asian dishes, especially Banh Mi sandwiches. Asian themed lettuce wraps also come to mind. 2.2 pounds of daikon is a bit.
