Has anyone here ever tried to make pickles from young Zucchinni? If so how did you doit.

My brother does and just uses his regular bread and butter pickle recipe. He says the zucchini pickles taste exactly like the ones he makes using cucumbers. His only recommendation was to make sure to use the small zucchini.

My Grandmother would make a zucchini pickled relish that she made the same way she would sweet relish. It was sooooo good!! She also made them the way Katie's brother does.
