3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 clove of garlic, minced very fine
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
butter for sauteing
Mix all ingredients except egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold gently into zucchini mixture.
Melt butter in skillet and drop in batter by tablespoons. Brown on both sides and serve immediately.
