Baked Jalapeño Popper Tortellini Dish

This was delicious I made it yesterday

I chopped half a dozen strips of bacon into a ban to fry
Smash and chopped 3 cloves of garlic
Halved button mushrooms (any kind ok)
Diced 1 onion, 2 jalapeños, 2 stalks of celery, a handful of spinach
Fry all of that together until gorgeous

Mean while I boiled some cheese stuff tortellini (any kind is ok)
Drained and dumped into the meat and vegi mix

I added 1/2-3/4 of a herb and garlic cream cheese into the mix to melt and coat everything

Dump into an open casserole dish shred cheddar or mozzarella or your favourite on top and pop into the oven for 20 minutes

It was delicious.

One of the things I appreciate about DC is that a camera is not a requirement, real or implied, in order to post about foods. I don't have a cam, for several reasons, including poor eyesight. However, I appreciate the attempted humor.
