I overcooked half a Box of fettuccine noodles and if possible I don't want to throw it in the garbage. Any recipes or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you don't want to eat it with a sauce, you could make a soup and add chopped up fettuccine to the soup to make it more hearty.

You could chill it and make a pasta salad.

You could also add tapioca to it and cook according to the tapioca pudding recpe on the box. Then flavor with vanilla, and sugar, and maybe some crea. You could also blend it in with rice milk, again adding some flavor such as chocolate.

Take out one noodle for testing nad deep fry it. See how the texture comes oit. You ma be able to make your own chow mein noodles.

Just some thoughts. Don't know if they would work, but sounds poausable to me.

I'd just add sauce and chow down. It's the same starch content no matter how they are eaten or cooked. Texture may be different, but still yummy.
