Written down to try the next time I make lasagna or roll ups. I recently started aking my own toasted ravioli and bet these would tickle the kids.

For sporting events, our elected officials make a side bet and it is usually food. One year our former mayor got to eat fried raviolis. He was Italian and had never heard of them being fried. He was on the verge of calling them a religious heresy. But he decided to try them anyway. He was quite surprised to find that they tasted good. So fried lasagna squares make perfect sense to me. I tried the fried raviolis and they were good. Sounds like a great snack for watching a sporting event.

Would this work with the partially cooked ones? I have never worked or made anything with them. But have always been curious about using them.
