OK man so this sound a bit strange yeah? This not only eaten by Rastafari, name come from the colours of the capsicums man Red, Gold and Green. So you do not need be Rastafari to make OK. You can add anything to this man, saltfish, shrimp and if feeling wealthy lobster tail. This good for children as no heat.

So we go man,

1 each red green and yellow capsicum.
I medium white onion.
2 green onion.
2 clove Garlic.
1 pot double cream.
Grated cheese of choice.

OK put a bit of oil in a deep frypan, chop up you capsicum, green onion, white onion and Garlic man.
Cook until it all have still a bit of crunch.
stir in you cream. Cook for a few minute.
Turn off heat and move to the side. Cook pasta of choice me use Penne. Put the sauce back on the heat and add the cooked pasta and mix it up man! Add cheese you want and done man.

Goes well with ox tails.
