2 easy side dishes - Chinese radish salad & Stir-fry bean
Chinese radish salad
Ingredients: 0.5kg of small red radish.
Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1/2 teaspoon of Salt.
Preparation: wash the radish, slice the radish into sections.
Cooking: Put the radish in a big bowl, put salt and mix. Wait for ten minutes, put in vinegar, sugar, sesame oil. Mix well and then wait for another ten minutes. Now can eat. Hao Chi
Ingredients: 0.5 kg of beans.
Seasoning: 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of oil, a little salt (to taste).
Preparation: clean the beans (de-string if necessary), dry off the water
Cooking: Heat the wok, put the oil in, put garlic in, stir-fry until the garlic gives
off aroma. Put the beans in, stir fry for around eight minutes, put the salt in, stir-fry gently for another minute. Serve on a side dish. Hao chi.
As I said, too easy!
