As today (1st March) is St David's Day and St D is the patron saint of Wales I thought a few recipes for Welsh delicacies could go in the Ethnic Foods thread. (Don't know if it actually belongs here but not sure where else to put it.)

Wherever a welsh choir or crowd sing is fine by me. As a nation they were touched by the angels of sound. Good luck with the 6 nations by the way
