Beef & Avocado Salsa Soft Tacos
1 Minced Large Red Onion 20 OZ Flank Steak Crosscut into 4 pcs
1 TBS Chilli Powder 1 tsp Chipolte Chilli Powder
1 Cup Diced Tomato 1/2 Cup diced Tomatilla
1/8 Cup Tomatoe Sauce Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Small Seeded Jalapeno Pepper 2 TBS Lime Juice
1 Diced Avocado 1/2 Cup Minced Fresh Cilantro

In a slow cooker put 3/4 of the onion in with the Beef, Chilli powders, and salt & pepper to taste and Cook for 8 hours covered. In the last 25 minutes, toss together the remaining ingredients with a little more salt and pepper. Shredd the beef with a fork and stir into the sauce in the slow cooker. Put the beef into small tortillas and top with the salsa, serve with sour cream and refried beans on the side.
