I asked my mom for her recipe, and here it is:
500g/ 1,1p ground meat, best pork only, if not half-half
2 slices of toast or equivalent breadcrumbs
about 2 eggs
1-2 onions, chipped
spices (pepper, salt, paprika)
wet the bread until soft
mix all ingredients well and form to small balls, fry in a pan...
these are just about- measures.. as Mom said, she does it without any measures.. just to make it fit..
