Heres the secret. 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. smoked paprika 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. garlic salt I cook the wings first then coat them in this, sometimes I coat them first, then bake. Grill or place in oven then broil for crispy skin. Sounds like a great combination - even brown sugar would work nicely. OK, I want these wings right now!
