So I bumped into this recipe that looks yummy.

Cheese Pudding

Is this a dish prepared in the UK, & any different takes on the dish?

Gosh that recipe may be British but I have seen it, or minor variations on it, many times.

The difference may be making sandwiches, most recipes I know just add diced bread.

But I would add Worchestershire sauce and a tad of hot sauce. The former being English, the latter American.

Merry Christmas.

Thank you, Aunt Dot. I thought it rang a bell (it must be christmas, lol). Reminded me of bread pudding, perhaps, except w/o the bread cubes. Cream & cheese - what could be bad! ;) Worcestershire or Tabasco sound yum. Maybe mozzarella instead of cheddar(?) Gonna give it a go.

On the sweet side, looked at a recipe with raisins, cinnamon & vanilla.

Bread-Pudding

Hmmm, maybe for New Years day breakfast/brunch in little ramekins (with Mimosas)?

Thank you & Merry Christmas to you too. :)
