Grilled Chili Rellenos
This short video has an excellent way to grill some New Mexico Green Chilies.
They don't mention that the chilies have to be roasted and skinned first.

Those look delicious! Good tip about putting a chunk of cheese inside the relleno, too. I've always tried to stuff them with shredded cheese, but often you end up tearing the chile in the process.
